What I don't do

So there are no misunderstandings: I don't offer engine bay cleaning, body or paint repairs, or any mechanical work. I focus on one thing and do it right: making your interior and exterior spotless.

Mobile detailing is included in the price anywhere in Missoula, Lolo and Frenchtown. For the Bitterroot Valley and beyond there's a travel fee.

What I need on site

I need access to a power outlet and a cold water spigot. Hot water is a bonus but not required. A driveway or a parking spot where I can work around the vehicle is perfect.

How it works

Booking is simple

Call, text or send the form

Tell me your vehicle, what you'd like done and where you are. I'll answer with my next available dates.

Lock in your date

A $100 deposit secures your appointment. It counts toward your total. Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice.

I show up and get to work

You don't need to stay. Hand me the keys, point me to power and water, and go about your day.

Walk-through & pay

We go over the car together. Pay the balance by cash or Venmo. That's it.

Payment

Cash or Venmo. The $100 deposit is paid when we confirm your date, the rest after you've seen the result.

Plan for a full day

Good detailing takes time. A Full Detail on a car is a 7–9 hour job, on a 3-row SUV up to 14 hours. I'll tell you exactly what to expect when we book, and you don't need to be there while I work.

I grew up in the Czech Republic and moved to Montana for my wife, who was born and raised here. Back home, people joked that I had a touch of OCD about clean cars. Turns out that's exactly what you want in a detailer.

Vrba Detailing is just me. No crew, no rushing to the next job. When I work on your car I treat it like my own: every vent, seam, seat rail and cup holder. You get careful work, honest prices and someone who actually picks up the phone.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the vehicle size.
Cars: Refresh 4 h · Interior 5–6 h · Exterior 2–3 h · Full 7–9 h
SUV / Truck: Refresh 5 h · Interior 7–8 h · Exterior 3 h · Full 10–11 h
3-Row SUV: Refresh 6–7 h · Interior 8–9 h · Exterior 4–5 h · Full 12–14 h
Heavy pet hair, sand or stains can add time. I'll give you a realistic estimate when we book.

What do I need to have at home for mobile service?

A regular power outlet and a cold water spigot I can reach with a hose. Hot water helps but isn't necessary. Everything else, products, machines, towels, I bring with me.

Do I need to be there while you work?

No. Many customers hand me the keys and go to work or run errands. I only need you at the start to go over the car and at the end for the walk-through and payment.

How does the deposit and cancellation work?

A $100 deposit reserves your date and is deducted from the final price. You can reschedule for free with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

How is pet hair priced?

From $25 for light hair to $100 for heavily embedded hair in carpets and seats. I'll look at the car and tell you the exact price before I start.

Can you clean child car seats?

Yes, $50 per seat as an add-on to any package. I clean the fabric, straps and buckles following the manufacturer's instructions so the seat stays safe.

What products do you use?

Professional-grade products from Adam's Polishes, Optimum, 3D, Chemical Guys and P&S, chosen for each surface: leather, fabric, plastics, glass and paint.
